HP Case Details app for iPhone and iPad

The CaseDetails app displays detailed information of equipment sold by Hillphoenix Cases. Customers can view either their open orders or their purchase history.

There are search features for locating purchased customer equipment by keyed input, barcode scanning or current GPS location. You can further subset your search results by selecting a product family or by adding search criteria on customer name/address. Tap on the View Map button to use the Maps app for assistance in navigating to the customer location.

Some of the information displayed is Serial Number, Job Number, Purchase Order Number, Equipment Build Date, Model, and Store Address where the equipment is located.

Also displayed are the interior parts, exterior parts, and the components an assembly is made from.
